the family suite was big. it had two bathrooms. a sliding door separated the kids from the adults which worked good. the kids even had their own tv i liked that a lot.
the literie was confortable but was a little small for my taste.

I appreciated the hotel offering a family suite, which really influenced our decision. The location was AMAZING! There were numerous dining options nearby, and we could easily walk to all the attractions we planned to visit. The complimentary water was a nice touch.
The luggage storage after checkout seemed disorganized because it was self-service. The designated room was overcrowded, and we had to carefully arrange our bags. everything did ultimately fit.

oh my gosh, the location was super convenient to trains! the room was nice too and it included a mini fridge, it was a lifesaver. also, i noticed that the self-service luggage drop off room was huge!
the lobby kinda felt old and the dining area didn't looked that inviting. i think everyone forgot about my coffee maker because it didn't work after i reported it. bummer!

The location was great. I could easily walk to the pier, Hudson Yards, Times Square, and the Empire State Building. The room was larger than I expected, especially for accommodations in the city. I could get dressed easily, and I had space to work at the desk.
My room was a joining room, and this made me feel a bit unsafe.

the location was fantastic. madison square garden and penn station were nearby. the family suite was spacious with two bathrooms. a sliding door separated the kids' area from the adults. i secure hotel due to the police station being next door.
the sink in the bathroom was too high for shorter people.

The hotel phone in my room was just for show. I couldn't even call the front desk as the buttons didn't work. also, despite putting out the tidy sign, my room was never cleaned
